Atam fluently speaks English, Spanish, French, and five additional languages. This linguistic versatility not only fosters stronger relationships with a wide range of clients but also enhances communication on job sites, ensuring that safety protocols and project details are clearly understood by all team members.

Our team consists of highly trained equipment operators who are proud members of Operating Engineers Local 3. With many years of hands-on experience operating advanced hydrovac equipment, our crews have developed extensive expertise in underground excavation, utility exposure, daylighting applications, and more. We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent safety records and continuously building on our knowledge through rigorous training and certification.

Our operators have received comprehensive training in OSHA regulations, confined space safety, first aid, and CPR, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle even the most challenging excavation scenarios.
